Refund policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It should also be in its original packaging and include all labels.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is accountable for covering the return shipping expenses for any product they wish to return if they decide not to keep the item or change their mind.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
Any item returned beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
No returns are accepted for personalized orders.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only process replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

If the item was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves for later presentation to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.

I have received the wrong item. What do I do?

If you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect product, you are certainly able to initiate an exchange.

If the error is due to your actions, you will need to cover your own return shipping expenses. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

I have received a damaged item; what do I do?

Change of Mind
Change of mind applies only until the order has not been shipped (24hrs timeframe). If the order has been shipped and is in transit, then we cannot cancel the order, and a change of mind for any reason won’t be accepted as a refund.
